Angle Ref

Angle Ref finds photo references by angle. Turn a 3D model to the view you want to draw, and it shows real photos of people, hands and animals posed the same way. HEADS Spin the skull dial to any tilt and turn, including the hard ones: looking up from below, steep top-down views and full profiles. Filter by lighting, lens and color. POSES Pose a 3D figure by dragging its joints, or start from a preset, and search tens of thousands of full-body photos. Rotate to match, crop to the figure, and save the ones you like. HANDS Pick a gesture, turn the hand, and get matching photos of real hands from every side. ANIMALS Cats, dogs, horses, birds, reptiles and more, by head angle or body pose. PRACTICE Timed drawing sessions with random angles, plus drills for eyes, noses, mouths and ears. MORE Save references across devices, keep a logbook of what you drew, compose scenes in the photobash desk, and share work on the community board. Every photo is credited to its source with its license. Searching is free every day; sign in to keep your saved references in sync.
