Reduce utility costs & protect the environment Recording and evaluating meter readings Be a climate hero now and use the app The free app EHW+ makes it possible to find out about one's own consumption of electricity, heating and water and the ancillary costs in order to better assess and regulate them. This is good for the wallet and good for the climate. Supported: * Electricity meters (also HT/NT meters). * Water meters (hot water/cold water) * Radiators with evaporator * Oil heating systems * Gas heating systems * Photovoltaic systems/solar systems (electricity feed-in meter*) * Water extraction meter*. Free basic functions: * All meters and readings in one app: there is no limit to how many meters or meter readings you can store. * Minute-by-minute entries and calculations: You determine yourself when you read the meter readings. All calculations are made to the minute. * Cost overview: What does it cost to fill a bathtub? What is the impact of a rising oil price/gas price? See if the cost of electricity/power consumption increases or decreases. * News/tips around utility costs/eco-electricity/climate change. * Meter replacement: The app automatically detects when a meter has been replaced. * Monthly consumption for the last twelve months * Cost calculation based on price per unit * Analyze whether your electricity/water consumption is high or low compared to the German average * Find out which room is heated the most. NEW IN THE SUBSCRIPTION: > Synchronize devices via the EHW+ Cloud IMPROVEMENTS FOR HOME ASSISTANT: > Home Assistant activities can be imported regardless of meter type and assigned to a default activity. > Unsupported Home Assistant sensors provide detailed diagnostic reports with status, device, integration, and history data that can be copied and shared. > Historical Home Assistant consumption data displays clearly separated sensor cards with connection status and automatically loads sensors with manual refresh; tapping “Connected” opens the dialog to disconnect the sensor. > Gas and water meters from Home Assistant can be imported as daily consumption with the appropriate units. > Older Home Assistant daily consumption data is supplemented from long-term statistics without overwriting or duplicating days that have already been imported. OTHER IMPROVEMENTS: > Logs are persisted and remain viewable for 24 hours even after restarting the app > The cost overview calculates statistics incrementally to reduce system load. FIXES: > When changing the date of a dual-rate meter, if the time selection is canceled, 12:00 AM is applied to both rates. > An error message is no longer displayed when opening a gas meter without an available smart meter provider. > The consumption history for “Last 12 Months” and “Since First Reading” ends at the end of the current day, week, or month, depending on the resolution. > Home Assistant sensors are resynchronized after the app starts, even during concurrent updates. > Home Assistant daily consumption figures now include days with no consumption; base rates, discounts, and bonuses are still calculated even when data is missing. > Subsequent Home Assistant imports retain older consumption data and activities and update the retrieved time period without duplicate entries. > When controlling Home Assistant outlets, the corresponding device switch is used instead of a child lock. > Changes to gas factors are applied correctly, even if the calorific value and condition number were changed at different times. > Local backups in the selected folder are saved even without an active cloud login. > Meter reading charts handle identical or invalid axis limits without crashing. > Additional crashes when exiting the meter overview and for meters without a specified meter type have been fixed.
