New: Attachments (Premium) • Add files or photos to replies and internal notes – on iPad you can also drag files onto the editor (up to 20 MB per message). • Text modules now fill in placeholders such as customer, ticket and agent, and only modules for the ticket's group are offered. New on iPad • Open a ticket in its own window. • "Ticket" menu in the menu bar with keyboard shortcuts for Create, Search, Reply, Internal Note, Edit and Refresh. • Search has its own column, and each section keeps its scroll position when you switch. Improvements • Cleaner ticket lists and screens; priorities are shown with translated names. • Tickets open at the newest message. • Clearer notification setup, with a link to Settings if notifications are turned off. Fixes • A temporary server redirect no longer signs you out. • Many fixes for the ticket inspector, notifications, ticket lists and subscriptions.
