What's new
Version 2.0.3 · Nov 1, 2026
Support is now a help chat. Ask a question and get an answer straight away, drawn from your own account, your tests, your payouts, your verification status. Anything that needs a human still becomes a ticket, and a payment problem opens one from the Earnings screen. Fixed: tapping Top up could leave you looking at a blank screen with just the keyboard, with no way to enter your PIN. The PIN sheet now sits above the keyboard everywhere it appears top-ups, leads, bank details and settings. Your freelance hub now shows total earned next to your responses and tokens, matching the web version. The app now tells you clearly when an update is needed, instead of quietly failing against the server.
