About this app

Interval Pro is a focused interval timer for workouts, study sessions, and anything else that benefits from a clean rhythm of work and rest. Build a timer in seconds. Pick a work interval, a rest interval, the number of rounds, and a color theme. That's it. No accounts, no ads, no data collection — your timers stay on your device. WHAT YOU CAN BUILD • HIIT — 30s work / 15s rest × 8 • Tabata — 20s work / 10s rest × 8 • Pomodoro — 25m work / 5m rest × 4 • Boxing rounds — 3m work / 1m rest × 12 • Strength sets, mobility flows, breathwork, focus sprints — anything you can express as work and rest FEATURES • Custom work and rest intervals from seconds to many minutes • Configurable round count • 3-second countdown before each round • Audio cues for transitions, with optional countdown beeps • Haptic feedback on each segment change • Background-safe — local notifications keep you on track when the screen is off or you're in another app • Light and dark themes, plus per-timer color themes • Save unlimited named timer presets • Edit, replay, and delete with a long-press • Keep-awake mode while a workout is running PRIVACY FIRST Interval Pro does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information. Everything you create lives on your device. There are no accounts, no analytics, no third-party trackers. Delete the app and the data is gone. DESIGNED TO STAY OUT OF THE WAY The run screen is large, high-contrast, and free of clutter. Glance at it across the gym floor or your desk and you'll know exactly where you are in the workout. Built by an independent developer. Feedback welcome at madeleine@woodbury.dev.

What's new

Version 1.0.2 · May 11, 2026

Fixed an issue where notifications could continue firing after a timer was paused or the app was closed. Improved the Run screen — now shows the active timer's name. Smaller polish: Run tab is hidden until you create your first timer, and timer names are capped at 30 characters.
