This release is all about getting out of your way: smoother sign-in, smarter filters, and fixes for the things you told us were slowing you down. Rebuilt Microsoft sign-in Sign in with Microsoft now runs on Microsoft's modern authentication library. It's faster, more reliable, and works well with organizations who have strict Conditional Access policies. Linking a Microsoft account from Edit Profile gets the same upgrade. Already signed in? You'll stay signed in after updating. Your ticket filters, remembered Set up your Tickets filters once and they stay put through logouts, app restarts, and switching between apps. No more re-selecting statuses every time you open the app. Log time after the fact Time entries now accept start and end times in the past (earlier today or on a previous day), just like the web app. Duration calculates correctly and syncs to your PSA. Schedule ahead Schedule entries on tickets can now be booked for any future date and time. Accurate on-call view "Who else is on-call?" now shows technicians who've been swapped into a shift. Stability and security • Fixed a crash that could occur when loading large ConnectWise contact lists • Updated third-party components with the latest security patches
