SmartScroll: Quit Doomscroll

SmartScroll helps you stop doomscrolling by adding a pause before the apps that steal your time. You know the loop: you open TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, or X for "one minute" and suddenly an hour is gone. SmartScroll is built for the moment before that happens. This is not just a screen time tracker or a basic app blocker. It is a behavioural interruption system for phone addiction, social media addiction, and the automatic scroll habit. Choose the apps that pull you in. When you hit your limit, SmartScroll adds a friction layer before the automatic open turns into another feed session. Instead of falling straight into TikTok, Reels, or Shorts, you get a short interruption that helps you pause, learn, and choose what happens next. Use SmartScroll to: - Stop doomscrolling before it takes over - Add friction to distracting apps and social media - Reclaim screen time from automatic scrolling - Turn dead scroll impulses into quick learning moments - Support a dopamine detox without deleting every app - Build a habit of pausing before you scroll Core features: - App limits for the feeds that steal your time - Smart interruptions before blocked apps unlock - Quick knowledge cards that replace mindless scrolling - Guardian Mode for stronger app blocking - Life Grid to see the real cost of wasted time Built for people who: - Open apps without thinking - Lose time to "just one more video" - Feel brain rot after scrolling - Want better focus without an all-or-nothing phone detox - Need friction because willpower alone has not worked SmartScroll adds the pause before doomscrolling takes over.
