About this app
What's new
Version 1.0.3 · Oct 10, 2026
Version 1.0.3 • Origin & sources: every entry shows where its date, place, category and image come from. Differing details from Wikipedia and Wikidata are shown. • Report an error: report wrong details by email or keep your own correction on the device. • Uncertain dates are marked, for example Julian dates before 1582. • Better matching: cards name the right article and the sentence about what happened. Categories fit better. • Today: the Events/Births/Deaths switch stays at the top. The timeline only reacts to its handle and no longer jumps. • Longer texts with paragraphs and “Read more”. • New: topic guides (Ancient Rome, French Revolution, Industrial Revolution, Cold War, Spaceflight). • New: life stages of people, with sources. • The world map groups nearby places, with a time filter and a list. • Offline data: load 30 days or a whole year in advance. • App language and content language can be set separately, without restarting. New: Portuguese, Russian, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Hindi, Indonesian and Turkish. • Control Center controls, a widget with “Next event” and new shortcuts.
