Cogz

**Be cognizant about your screen time.** Cogz helps you use your phone more intentionally by asking you to provide a reason before you open distracting apps. Cogz uses an algorithm that helps you be cognizant about entering apps (and occasionally pushes back on you if Cogz doesn't believe your reason). All your data stays on your device. With Cogz, you can: • Choose which apps you want to be more cognizant about • Pause before opening them and state what you're there to do • Set how much time you intend to spend • Keep track of your screen-time habits over time • Build a clearer picture of where your attention actually goes **Cogz. Be cognizant.**
