Collect+

Transform your dealership's reception and vehicle handover experience with Collect+, a dedicated valet and customer kiosk application designed to eliminate front-desk bottlenecks. Built for both reception staff and self-serve customers, Collect+ allows visitors to easily log their arrival using their vehicle registration (rego). This action instantly alerts your dealership runners, initiating a seamless, trackable workflow to retrieve the vehicle and deliver it to the designated handover area. Beyond standard valet retrieval, Collect+ handles daily operational logistics including wash bay routing. Staff can easily mark a vehicle for a wash and flag any delays, ensuring transparent communication. Dealership management can also monitor overall performance through detailed analytics, tracking the exact time taken from a runner accepting a request to final customer delivery, complete with comprehensive reports on wait times and vehicle volume. Key Features: Customer Kiosk Check-In: Allow customers to quickly and securely log their arrival at reception using their vehicle rego. Real-Time Runner Dispatch: Instantly notify and dispatch dealership runners to retrieve and deliver vehicles to designated handover zones. Wash Bay Management: Route vehicles for washing and easily update statuses or flag delays to keep operations moving smoothly. Live Performance Tracking: Measure runner efficiency by tracking the exact duration from request acceptance to final vehicle handover. Detailed Analytics Reporting: Access comprehensive daily breakdowns, including longest wait times, total cars washed, and total vehicles delivered. Streamlined Dealership Flow: Replace manual tracking with a digital workflow to provide a premium, frictionless experience for every customer.
