Database Manager is the personal database app for your own data — books, cocktail recipes, birthdays, car expenses, credit cards, travel packing lists, whatever you need. You define the tables, fields and relationships yourself — no spreadsheet hacks, no cloud account required, no ads. Everything stays on your device. Data Manager Pro • A set of tools for working with your data, unlocked by a one-time purchase — no subscription. Try it free for 14 days first; the trial starts only when you choose to start it. • What you build with Pro keeps working without it: formulas keep calculating, roll-ups keep adding up, reminders keep arriving, saved views keep applying. Only creating and editing them needs Pro. What Pro adds • Formula fields: calculate from other fields, such as {Net} * 1.19, an age or the days between two dates — or fill in a text template • Roll-ups: summarise the entries that point at an entry. The total of all expenses for a car, how many sessions a member attended, the date of the last service • Statistics: bar, pie and line charts over a table • Saved views: keep search, sort, grouping and filter under a name and switch with a tap • Filters that combine conditions in AND / OR groups, with dates such as "this month" or "in the past" • Reminders for date fields, once or every year • Print a list or save it as a PDF Also new • Back up all databases: one file with every database, its entries, images and links, kept wherever you like. It restores on iPhone and on Android. In the Preferences, no Pro needed • A database shared with its data keeps the links between its tables • Monthly goals: a target for the current calendar month next to the total • Field names in a table are now unique. A rename to a name that is already taken is refused, with a note saying why • CSV export includes the results of formula fields and roll-ups Fixes • Importing CSV data no longer crashes when a table has two fields with the same name • "Today" follows your time zone. An entry created just after midnight no longer gets yesterday's date • A shared database definition keeps sort order, totals and unique rules on the right fields, also after fields were deleted • Help and several dialogs — password, sort, totals, edit field — now appear fully in German when the app is set to German • Averages with thousands separators now display correctly in German: 1.234,50 instead of 1,234,50
