About this app

Doing Doing Done is a focused, flexible to-do system that helps you decide what matters, take the next useful step, and see your momentum grow. TURN GOALS INTO ACTION Create overarching goals with nested subtasks. Expand a goal when you need the details, collapse it when you want a cleaner view, and watch the goal complete automatically when every step is done. BUILD ROUTINES THAT REPEAT Schedule tasks daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, or with a custom interval. Each completion advances the routine to its next occurrence, keeping your list ready without repetitive setup. FOCUS ON THE RIGHT WORK Assign Priority 1, 2, or 3, set your ideal daily priority mix, pin important work, add deadlines, or shuffle your queue when you need the app to choose what comes next. MAKE PROGRESS FEEL GOOD Earn points, build a daily streak, unlock milestone badges, and enjoy haptics and celebrations sized to the accomplishment. A dedicated Focus timer keeps one task in front of you while the rest stays out of the way. MAKE IT YOURS Choose your palette and accent color, light or dark appearance, completed-task style, sorting behavior, celebration intensity, focus length, and more. Also included: • Deadline reminders and overdue guidance • A completed-goals archive and completion history • Time estimates, tags, notes, and project organization • Daily momentum and progress summaries • On-device storage with no account, ads, analytics, or tracking Your tasks stay on your device. Notification permission is optional and used only for local reminders.

What's new

Version 1.1 · Sep 2, 2026

Mark overdue tasks and goals as Not done, keep a searchable missed-deadline history, and reopen items when you are ready. Build goals at as many levels as you need with a searchable parent picker. Recurring tasks, reminders, completion, and reopening across nested work are now more reliable.
