About this app

Swap DueHound for whichever name you land on. You already sent the invoice. This is the app that makes sure it gets paid. DueHound is a follow-up tracker for freelancers, contractors, and one-person businesses. You log the invoices you've sent, and it tells you what's still outstanding, what's late, who owes the most, and when to chase. WHAT YOU'RE OWED, AT A GLANCE The dashboard opens on four numbers: total unpaid, total overdue, how many invoices are due soon, and whether today needs a nudge. Below that, invoices are grouped by urgency — Overdue first, then Due Soon, then Awaiting Payment — each sorted by due date, so the oldest debt is always on top. A separate list ranks your clients by how much they owe. REMINDERS THAT ARRIVE BEFORE YOU'D REMEMBER Every unpaid invoice automatically gets four reminders: the day before it's due, the day it's due, three days late, and a week late. They arrive at the hour you pick, and each one names the client and the amount, so you know what it's about without opening the app. Mark an invoice paid and its reminders disappear. FOLLOW-UP TEXT, ALREADY WRITTEN Tap once for a polite, ready-to-send nudge with the invoice number, amount, and due date filled in. Open it in Mail addressed to the client, or copy it and paste it wherever you actually talk to them. A CLIENT LIST THAT DOES THE MATH Keep each client's email, phone, default payment terms, and preferred way of being contacted. New invoices inherit their terms, so the due date comes out right without counting days. Each client's history and outstanding balance sit on their own page. A RECORD OF WHAT CAME IN Paid invoices move to an archive with a running total, so you can see what a client or a quarter actually brought in. YOURS, ON YOUR DEVICE No account, no sign-up, no server. Everything stays on your iPhone and works with no connection at all. Your client list and your income are never uploaded anywhere, because there's nowhere for them to go. FREE, WITH PREMIUM IF YOU OUTGROW IT The free plan covers 5 invoices, 3 clients, and 5 archived payments — enough to run a light month and decide whether this belongs in your week. Premium lifts all three limits for one payment. No subscription, no monthly fee, and it stays unlocked on every device signed in to your Apple Account. A note on what this is: DueHound tracks and chases the invoices you send. It does not generate invoice PDFs and it does not process payments.
