About this app
Home improvement projects are stressful enough without the uncertainty of pricing. Will you pay $5,000 or $15,000 for that HVAC replacement? The answer shouldn't be a mystery. Estq was born from a simple idea: homeowners and contractors both benefit when pricing is transparent, data-driven, and instant. What's new
Version 1.3 · Nov 8, 2026
What's new in 1.3 • Scan your home: measure rooms with your iPhone's camera and get an estimate priced from the real dimensions. Prices built from your scan show a "Measured" badge. • Market Insights: a new tab with local pricing trends and market data. • DealCheck: upload a contractor's estimate as a PDF or photo and see how it compares. • A new interactive house sketch for picking the service you need. • Browse EstqMate and EstqFact without signing in. You only need to share your details when you want a PDF. • Insulation is now available as a service. • Faster: EstqFact and EstqMate open instantly from the map. • Phone polish: a full-screen service picker, a tidier button stack with a quick PDF button, filter chips that no longer get cut off, and no more accidental taps on the map attribution. • Fixes: an estimate requested before signing in now survives sign-in, email verification happens in place, and sign-up handles already-registered emails gracefully.
