FieldDrive

FieldDrive is the phone app for Americana van-sales reps, carrying every tool needed for a day on the road in one place. Reps start their day from a simple list of today's shops, tap "Start the day," and follow the app from stop to stop: it shows the next shop with directions and an "I have arrived" button, arrival opens that shop's sell list by GPS or a tap, and marking a stop Done brings up the next one, ending with a single tap to finish the day. A live map guides the van to each stop with turn-by-turn directions drawn from the server's own route, while the phone's regular maps app stays one tap away if it's ever needed. Every shop's order lines and status are organized the way reps already think about their rounds, so picking a shop shows its items and lets a rep mark it done. Reps can message their supervisor and team directly from the app with photos and voice notes, and anything sent without signal is queued and delivered automatically once a connection returns. A score screen tracks how the day and week are going. The app is built to work offline: chat, photos and voice notes are saved on the phone and sent the moment there's a connection again, and shop lists and routes stay available without signal so a dead zone never stops the day. Location sharing is entirely on the rep's terms — the van's position is shared with the supervisor only while tracking is turned on for that account and only during working hours, never outside it and never as part of a score, with the Settings page always showing whether sharing is on. Every screen works fully in both English and Arabic, including right-to-left layout. FieldDrive is built for Americana's van-sales reps and works together with the supervisor dashboard on the web.
