GutterFlowApp

GutterFlow is the all-in-one operating system for gutter installation companies. Built for crews who run their business from a truck — not a desktop. ESTIMATES IN UNDER 2 MINUTES - Tap a few sides on a building sketch — the app calculates linear feet, downspouts, end caps, and elbows automatically. - Drop in materials and labor at your rates. Apply a discount. Done. - Customer signs a polished PDF estimate sent right to their phone. A FULL SCHEDULE FOR THE WHOLE CREW - See every install on a calendar — week, day, or 3-day view. - Assign jobs to specific crew members. - Reminders sync to the team's iOS Calendar. TEAM ACCESS, ONE OWNER - Invite your crew via email. Workers see only what they need (jobs assigned to them). - Owners see everything: revenue, leads, completed jobs, drafts. - One subscription covers the whole team. CLIENT BOOK + CALL HISTORY - Every estimate is linked to a client. Client #, full address, phone — searchable. - See past jobs and total revenue per customer at a glance. MONEY DASHBOARD - Real-time revenue by status — Sent, Accepted, Completed, Drafts. - Filter by date, amount, or status pipeline. - Track growth vs. last week / month / year. OFFLINE-FRIENDLY - Estimates work without internet. Sketch on a roof in the rain — it'll sync when you're back in cell range. PRIVACY & SECURITY - Your data is yours. Multi-tenant database — other companies can never see your rows. - We don't sell data. We don't train AI on your estimates. - Cancel anytime via Apple Subscriptions. Built by people who run gutter companies. If something feels off — email gutterflowapp@gmail.com and we'll fix it the same week.
