What's new

Version 1.0.23 · Nov 3, 2026

• Create Item now shows where the new item goes: "Adding to", the inventory and folder, and Change. Change lists your own inventories, the inventories shared with you where you can add items, and New inventory. After you save to another inventory, the list says where the item went and has Open. At your plan's item limit, Create Item now says that the limit counts the items in all your inventories together • Tap the inventory name at the top of the Inventories, Dashboard, Reports or Menu tab: the menu now ends with All inventories and New inventory, also when you have only one inventory. Before, with one inventory, the menu listed only that inventory • Choose a Plan: on the Free plan, your plan is now a short line at the top, so a paid plan's price and Subscribe button show on the first screen. Tap a plan card to scroll to its Subscribe button. Restore Purchases, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy stay on screen in one row • Dashboard: every card that looks like a button now opens something. Total Items and Total Folders open the whole inventory in search, Total Qty and Total Value open the inventory, and a Recent Items row or a Low Stock item opens that item. The invoice and bill cards open those pages on the web, where invoices and bills are kept. All quick actions now fit on the screen, with no label cut off • Getting Started: the "More Features on Web" cards now open their pages in your browser • Add item via scan: a product match now fills the name, the barcode and the photo, and leaves the description empty. Before, it filled the description with the store's text • After you rename an inventory, the new name shows at once at the top and in My Inventories • If a change you made offline to the name or description of an inventory or folder is replaced by a newer change from another device or the web, the app now tells you. Before, your change was lost with no message • Forms and dialogs with text fields no longer jump when the keyboard opens or closes • Sign Up: if Create Account finds a problem, the cursor goes to the first field with an error, and that field is scrolled into view • The keyboard's Next key on a password field now goes to the next field, on Sign Up and on Change Password • See plans in a plan message, and in Bulk Import, now opens Choose a Plan on top. Before, it could open behind Bulk Import or behind another message • Easier to read in light and dark mode: the main buttons, the bottom tab labels, the red and green buttons, the sales order buttons, the offline bar and some colors in dark mode • In an inventory that is shared with you to view only, the app no longer offers to create, change or delete sales orders and purchase orders. Before, the app offered these and the save was refused. If your role can edit but not delete, Delete is no longer offered on these orders • VoiceOver now reads the back and close buttons at the top of many screens as "Back" and "Close", for example in Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, folders and Sign In. The camera's close button is a named button now too • Search: if the items cannot be loaded, a Retry button now tries again • Search: if you open a folder from the search results, Back at the top now takes you back to the search, with your text and results as you left them. Before, Back went up one level and the search was gone • Purchase orders: if Send, Receive or Delete fails on an order's page, for example with no connection, the order now stays on screen with the message. When you are online again, tap the same button to try again. Before, the page kept loading until you left it
