MitoREMOTE is the remote control for your Mito Red Light panels: MitoPRO X and MitoADAPT. Pick a mode, set your time and brightness, and start. Your panel switches off on its own when the timer ends. WHAT YOU CAN DO: - Connects on its own: all you need to do is enable bluetooth on your panel, hold your iPhone near it, and the app will find it. - Every mode, one tap away: numbered modes with a swatch showing each mode's light mix. (Turn on Details to see the wavelengths.) - Time and brightness: tap the minutes to type a number, or use plus and minus. Separate red and near-infrared sliders on panels that support them. - Timed sessions: a clear countdown, Pause and Resume, and a summary of time, intensity and mode when each session ends. - All your panels in one app: add every panel in your home, name them, and switch between them. - Programs on MitoADAPT: Gradual Sunrise, Gradual Sunset and Red/NIR intervals. - Learn: what each wavelength is for, from 590 nm to 850 nm. - Three looks: Light, Dark and Mito themed, or match your iPhone.
