MTap

MTap is the mobile workspace for sales teams that use MTap NFC business cards. When a customer taps your card or scans its QR code, they land on your profile page and reach you on Telegram, Messenger, WhatsApp, phone or email. MTap turns those moments, and the messages from your company's Telegram bot, Facebook Page and web forms, into leads in one shared pipeline. With the app you can: • See every new lead the moment it arrives, with a push notification • Call, message or move a lead through New, Contacted, Qualified, Won or Lost • Add notes and follow-up reminders so no customer is forgotten • See who opened your card and which buttons they pressed, and add them as a lead • Show your own QR code to a customer when you have no card at hand • Edit your photo, title and contact accounts, and arrange your profile page • Follow your numbers: leads, wins and the card funnel from tap to sale Managers see their teams and every team below them, hand unowned leads to the right person and follow each member's results. Admins also write and assign NFC cards from the phone. MTap accounts are created by your company's MTap admin. Ask your admin for your sign-in details.
