PlatoApp is used together with the PlatoWork neurostimulation headset from PlatoScience. The app gives access to the various programs available for your headset. Triggered by the app, the wireless PlatoWork headset sends electrical micro-currents to stimulate your brain, prompting you into the right mindset for the task at hand. In the app you choose from a list of work mindsets, and the headset helps you get your best work done. HOW A SESSION WORKS • Pick a program on the Home screen and see its target current and duration • Connect your headset over Bluetooth and see its battery level at a glance • A short contact check makes sure the headset is fitted correctly before stimulation starts • Follow the countdown and fine-tune the current within the program's range • Rate the session when it ends — your history keeps track of every session STAYS CONNECTED IN THE BACKGROUND Once you start a session, PlatoApp stays connected to your headset over Bluetooth even when the app is in the background or your screen is locked, so your session keeps running and can end safely. A Live Activity on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island shows your session's progress the whole time and disappears when the session ends. EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE • History: all your past sessions, grouped by date • Resources: instructions for use, the salt water recipe, maintenance tips and ordering sponges • Help: support contact details and opening hours PlatoWork is designed for professional knowledge work, and aims at helping you get into the right mindset for whatever task you are working on.
