Quality Guard biedt een oplossing voor het registreren en het beheer van alle verplichtingen inzake autocontrole en voedselveiligheid. De applicatie maakt gebruik onze databank waar meer dan 100.000 grondstoffen gevalideerd zijn met voedingswaarden en allergenen. Via de recepten module kan u zo een etiket voor uw voorverpakte voedingswaren printen, alsook productfiches en recepturen. Alles volledig conform de wetgeving. De App is gebouwd specifiek voor bakkerijen, slagers, traiteurs, restaurants, grootkeukens, detailhandels in voedingswaren en de transformatiesector. Een rapport kan opgevraagd worden dat een bundeling maakt van alle procedures, werkinstructies, onderhoudsschema’s en de registraties hiervan. Dit rapport vormt het documentaire fundament voor het behalen van de Smiley, het kwaliteitslabel van de overheid inzake voedselveiligheid.
