RobotControl - Vector Remote

RobotControl is a remote control and companion app for Vector robots running Escape Pod firmware with wire-pod. The app talks to your robot directly over your local network. No cloud account is needed. DRIVE • Two-stick driving with a live camera view • Head and lift control, quick actions and docking • Landscape control screen, and side-by-side layouts on wide screens PLAY • Animations, dances, tricks and commands • Things to try: one-tap ideas for what Vector can do • Cube: lights, pick up, roll and dock • Timers YOUR ROBOT • Faces: see and manage the people Vector knows • Photos: take photos with Vector's camera and save the ones he took • Settings: eye colour, volume, location, time zone and units • Stats: lifetime distance and activity SET UP • Find robots on your network • Bluetooth setup: join Wi-Fi, re-authorise and update a robot • Serve from this phone: your iPhone can act as Vector's voice server at home or on its Personal Hotspot outdoors, in English or Korean TALK • Type a message and Vector speaks the reply, through your own relay or your own Anthropic API key Requirements • A Vector robot on Escape Pod firmware (2.0.1 ep) paired with wire-pod, or set up from this app • The iPhone and the robot on the same network RobotControl is an independent app. It is not made, endorsed or supported by Digital Dream Labs or Anki.
