Starceptor is a neon vertical space shoot-'em-up built for one-thumb intensity. Steer with a virtual stick, auto-fire never stops, and the run only gets harder. Escalating enemy waves, gun-multiplier power-ups, shield and bomb pickups, and combo chains that push your multiplier past ×10 — all wrapped in sleek vector neon visuals with a synthesized soundtrack. FACE THE MOTHERSHIP Every so often a multi-phase boss fills the screen with bullet patterns — aimed spreads, radial rings, and enraged bullet domes. Survive, and it drops a reward on death. BUILD YOUR RUN Pick from in-run upgrades — extra drones, rapid fire, overcharge, more hull, repairs — each rolled at common, rare or epic rarity. Bank credits from every run to unlock new ships with their own stats and loadouts. DODGE THE TUNNELS Neon tunnel walls scroll down with a meandering gap — thread the needle or take the hit. Simple to pick up, brutal to master. How far can you fly?

Overdrive, where you can find it. The game's best move was hidden behind a two-finger tap nobody knew about. There's now a lightning button whenever the meter is full, and the HUD tells you what it does until you've used one. The gesture still works if you prefer it. A real difficulty curve. Spawn pressure used to stop rising about two minutes in, enemy health capped out, and boss health never moved — so a strong build deleted bosses before they ever showed you their best patterns. All three ceilings are gone. Bosses and elites now scale with how deep you are, and each boss picks a defence that counters your current weapon mod, so what you're carrying actually matters. Firepower is a window, not a floor. Overcharge holds, then bleeds away — and every timed buff now shows its countdown, so you can see what you're about to lose instead of guessing.
