What's new

Version 1.3.17 · Nov 2, 2026

New Feature: Serial Vault We’ve introduced the Serial Vault, a fairer way to manage performance fees. How it works: Instead of charging performance fees daily on the main fund, each new subscription creates an independent serial fund. These serial funds operate separately from the master fund. Merging mechanism: When certain conditions are met, serial funds are merged back into the master fund, at which point they acquire the issue currency. Fairness: This approach ensures that performance fees are calculated based on each investor’s actual entry time, eliminating cross-subsidization between different cohorts. Bug Fixes & Improvements Various bug fixes and stability improvements. Update now for a more equitable investment experience!
