UPP Casting

UPP Casting is the casting team's app for in-person audition days, connected to Unified Production Platform (UPP), the ERP of Entertainment. For casting directors, associates, session runners and producers who already use UPP: THE DAY'S SESSIONS - See each production's session days and who is booked, in time order. - Check performers in at the front desk, start them in the room, mark them done or as a no-show. - Lobby board for the waiting-room screen, showing who is up next. - Self check-in kiosk for an iPad at the door, with QR codes from printable check-in sheets. IN THE ROOM - Record takes with sound on the device's camera. - Review takes right away with playback controls. - Add notes and ratings, mark selects, and build a shortlist to share with clients. WORKS OFFLINE - Takes are stored on the device first and upload when the connection allows, so a weak signal never loses a take. - Check-ins, notes and ratings made offline are kept on the device and sync to UPP when you are back online. - Takes and casting notes stay out of device backups. REPORTS - Session and casting reports, with a summary of who was seen, no-shows, recordings and callbacks. SECURE SIGN-IN - Sign in with your UPP account, Sign in with Apple, Google, your organization's single sign-on or a passkey. - Unlock with Face ID or Touch ID. - Only people with casting access on a production can open it; performers never sign in. UPP Casting requires a UPP account with casting access. Talent and crew use the MY UPP app for their own auditions and work.
