The app allows you to connect a USB camera to your iPad via a powered USBc hub. The app lets you set up a zone alarm and will store images of interest to the apps file sharing space. The app can read and remember license plate images (does ALPR on the device). The app preserves your privacy and only stores ALPR reads locally, nothing is exported.
