VenEx makes the Bill Reimbursable process simple and convenient. The claimable bills can be easily submitted and get reimbursed through the application. All the stages will be notified with user through email, from submission to completion of Expense request. Draft facility can be used to save your bills for future. Approvers can directly review and process the Expense Requests sent by Employees. Convenient to Export and save Data in a safe method. Integration with INTACCT service provides proper Ledger keeping. Review process setup done in convenient path in which a multiple reviewers and approvers can be set up for Processing.

This update makes expenses faster to file and easier to review. Default values set by your administrator now fill in automatically when you create an expense. A badge shows which fields were auto-filled, and an Apply option lets you use the defaults when creating or editing an expense. Mileage expenses now show the rate being applied, and submitters and approvers can open the full rate chart right from the mileage screen. Auto mileage expenses are also checked against your company’s travel policy: soft limits show a warning, hard limits stop the expense from being submitted, and approvers get the same checks when they edit an expense. Finally, submitters and approvers can now delete receipts from draft and pending expenses.
