WorkCove

WorkCove is a flexible work organizer for people whose working life does not fit neatly into a single 9-to-5 job. Keep work from multiple employers, clients, gig platforms, freelance activities, contract arrangements, and other income sources together in one place. Whether you work hourly shifts, fixed-fee jobs, deliveries, freelance projects, piecework, or a mixture of different arrangements, WorkCove helps you build a clear record of your work and the money connected to it. TRACK YOUR WORK Create Work Sources for employers, platforms, freelance activities, and other continuing sources of work. Record planned and completed work, dates, times, deadlines, notes, compensation details, and work history. KEEP EARNINGS AND PAYMENTS SEPARATE Record what your work earned and separately track the payments you actually receive. This helps you distinguish completed work from money that has actually been paid. RECORD EXPENSES AND REIMBURSEMENTS Track work-related expenses and associate them with a Work Source, Client, Work Session, or individual Work Record. Record expected and received reimbursements separately from earnings. TRACK MILEAGE Record work-related mileage using direct distance or odometer readings and associate mileage with the work it relates to. KEEP SUPPORTING RECORDS Attach receipts, photographs, statements, schedules, PDFs, and other supporting files to relevant records. REPORTS AND EXPORTS Review your work history, earnings, payments, expenses, reimbursements, and mileage. Export information for your own records and create calendar files for planned work. BACKUP AND RESTORE Create portable WorkCove backups containing your records and supporting files so you can protect and restore your information. LOCAL-FIRST Core WorkCove records are stored on your device. No WorkCove account is required to begin using the app. WorkCove is designed to help you organize your own work records. It does not determine employment status, tax treatment, reimbursement eligibility, or whether an expense or mileage record is deductible. WorkCove is free and advertising-supported.
