New Features Repackaging Repack of shipments can now be requested from within xMaestro Packaging Preparation now supports the repack process Repacks jobs are identified by a box icon shown in the list of packaging orders Packaging orders can be filtered for repack jobs Repacking order will print a new packaging label to use on the new box Packaging Reconciliation - updating what physical containers and assets make up a shipment piece Remaining Packaging life is shown when scanning packaging labels for a shipment The user will be prompted to scan the packaging label where the shipment requires reconciliation (usually when first collected or departing from Marken) UPS Label Printing A user can now scan a Marken HAWB to identify if UPS labels are available for it These labels can be printed on the local Zebra thermal printer Tranlsations The ability to update Translations for your current language has been added for those with permission to do this. This is intended to improve the quality of the localisation of the app. Translations are updated at app startup instead of having to wait for a new release of the App. Manifest Milestones Where a driver has already scanned all the pieces for a Manifest Stop, they are delivering or Dropping off and there are more than 3 pieces involved, the App will offer the option to bulk scan these shipments (This will create all the milestones for all eligible shipments at that stop without physically having to can each HAWB) xMaestro can help users who have received an email with a link to a downloadable file, but no access to the website, by intercepting this request and downloading it within the app. Cancelled packaging orders can now generated notifications if the order was assigned to you or it was assigned to no one. Bugs Number of waiting manifests on the home page now identifies the correct number Condition label - the Plus and Minus buttons have been swapped around to be more intuitive A crash that occurred when navigating back from the packaging preparation list and back into the preparation list has been corrected. Where a user cancels a shipment photo, the app could get stuck and not allow the user to navigate to another part of the app without restarting. Printing could fail once a set of prints had been completed. This has been fixed. Navigating backwards when scanning could cause the application to lock. This has been resolved. General Improvements Scans stored on the device now use our updated method of syncing and will show at the top of the UI if there are scans waiting to be sent Delivery Checklists are no longer generated for Placements and Return For items waiting to scan, a prioritisation rank is used to offload Milestone/Scans first, and then other messages Crash and Usage Analytics have been moved to a new system that should allow us to gather more useful information on crashes. Application start-up time, and general performance have been investigated and improvements made. Start up times should be noticeably quicker as well as loading of data on pages such as Packaging Preparation and Manifests
