ZevInbox is a shared inbox for teams on their own domain. Mail to support@, sales@ or orders@ lands in one place the whole team can see. Everyone knows who owns each conversation, and you talk about it with internal notes instead of forwarding. Sign in with your Zevop account to open your organization, or create a new one in the app. One inbox for the team • Your organization has teams, and teams have inboxes, one for each shared address. • Open All, Unassigned, Assigned to me and your other views, or any single inbox. • Pin the inboxes you use most, and filter to find the rest. Know who has it • Assign a conversation to yourself or a teammate, and the team sees who owns it. • Change its status, snooze it, or swipe to archive it. • Leave an internal note for your team. Customers never see notes. Reply from your phone • Reply, reply all or start a new message, with files and contact suggestions. • Your reply is saved as a draft while you type. Send has a 10-second Undo. • Replies go out from your own domain. Hear when you are needed • Notifications for mentions, assignments, replies on conversations you follow, and more. Choose which kinds reach this phone. • Lists update live, so nobody has to refresh. Mail you can trust • Senders that prove who they are get a mark. • Remote images stay hidden until you show them, and load through ZevInbox, so the sender does not get your IP address. • Private conversations stay private.
