We’ve introduced a simpler, safer way to sign in. Complete a quick one-time setup, then use options like a passkey to securely access My One NZ - no password to remember. Your mobile and broadband services will also show up automatically, so everything’s right where you need it. Plus, for Pay Monthly mobile customers, we’ve refreshed the experience, so your plan, usage, bills, payments, and Phone Dollars are easier to find. We’ve also made performance improvements and fixed a few bugs to help keep things running smoothly.
