About this app
Your bees are telling you how they're doing. ApisNode listens. ApisNode connects to your ApisNode hive monitoring hardware — a solar hub and wireless in-hive nodes — and turns six streams of colony telemetry into clear, science-grounded insight. No Wi-Fi at the apiary? No problem: nodes reach the hub over long-range LoRa radio, and the hub uplinks to the cloud. YOUR WHOLE APIARY AT A GLANCE See every hub and hive as a live honeycomb network. Tap any hive for its full sensor picture: brood-nest temperature, humidity, sound, vibration, gas fingerprint, hive tilt, and node battery — updated from the field around the clock. SIX SENSES, ONE PICTURE • Temperature & humidity — track brood-core thermoregulation and diurnal arcs • Sound — 24-hour audio spectrograms plus bee-acoustics bands (piping, swarm cues, colony hum) • Vibration — daily fanning rhythms, peak frequencies, and impulse detection • Gas — a 10-step heater-scan "smell fingerprint" of the hive atmosphere • Tilt — know immediately if a hive has been knocked or is leaning • Power — battery and solar status for every device APISMIND: AI THAT KNOWS BEES Every day, ApisMind reads your apiary's full telemetry history and writes a plain-language health report — per-hive scores, cross-hive correlations, diurnal pattern analysis, and open questions worth checking on your next visit. Findings are grounded in published bee science, and you can ask ApisMind questions about your apiary anytime, right from the app. HANDS-FREE INSPECTIONS Gloves on, smoker lit? Record voice notes during inspections and keep your observations tied to each hive. SET UP IN MINUTES Pair your hub over Bluetooth, hand it your Wi-Fi, and the app registers your devices to your account automatically. Nodes join over LoRa — no wiring, no network configuration at the hive. BUILT FOR REAL APIARIES • Long-range LoRa mesh — hives can sit far from the hub • Solar-powered hardware with low-power deep-sleep cycles • Secure cloud backend (AWS IoT) with encrypted device links • Works with one hive or a whole bee yard ApisNode requires ApisNode monitoring hardware. Bluetooth is used for device setup; location permission is requested only to auto-fill your Wi-Fi network name during provisioning and for optional apiary mapping.
