Bake Margin

Know what to charge. Protect every order's margin. BakeMargin is the pricing and order app for home bakers and small custom-cake businesses. Instead of guessing, you get a clear cost breakdown and a suggested price you can actually trust, so you stop undercharging and keep your profit. It works offline. No ads, no account to create. Your recipes, customers, and orders live on your device. KNOW YOUR REAL COST Add ingredient prices, then let BakeMargin do the math. Density and unit conversions, waste percentage, labour, and overhead all roll into one honest cost per batch and per serving. GET A PRICE YOU CAN TRUST Set a target margin and see a suggested price, line by line. Every number is explained, so you can stand behind your quote. BUILD A PRODUCT CATALOG Save your cakes, cupcakes, and cookies as reusable priced products and drop them into any order in seconds. TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS THE RIGHT WAY Capture every request with a structured brief: event date, servings, flavours, allergies, and design notes. Nothing falls through the cracks. QUOTE, THEN INVOICE Turn a request into a branded PDF quote, then into an order and invoice. Send something that looks as professional as your bakes. CHARGE THE RIGHT TAX Save the taxes you charge, like VAT or a reduced rate, and apply them to an order with a tap. An order can carry several at once, and each one prints on its own line so your customer sees exactly what they are paying. TRACK PAYMENTS AND BALANCES Log deposits, partial payments, balances due, and refunds. Manual cash and transfer payments always work offline. PLAN YOUR WEEK See every order on a baking calendar and get capacity warnings before you overbook. SHOP SMARTER Build a shopping list that subtracts what you already have in stock, so you only buy what an order really needs. SCAN A RECEIPT Snap a grocery receipt to update your ingredient prices and keep your costs current. SEE WHAT EARNS The profit dashboard shows revenue, cost, profit, and margin over time, plus your top earners, so you know which bakes are worth your time. BACK UP AND EXPORT Keep your data safe with backup and CSV export. FREE TO START Cost recipes, set prices, and run orders for free. An optional Pro upgrade unlocks deeper tools like the profit dashboard, the smart shopping list, and more PDF types. Eligible new subscribers can try Pro free for 3 days.
