FlatStrike

FlatStrike helps you find and apply to rental apartments — faster. In Berlin's competitive rental market, the first qualified applicant often gets the viewing. FlatStrike keeps you ahead: it surfaces new listings that match your search, alerts you the moment they appear, and speeds up applying so you're never late to the right apartment. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Get matched — Set your search once (rooms, price, size, area) and see apartments that actually fit. • Never miss a listing — Notifications when a new matching apartment goes live. • Save what you like — Keep the listings you're interested in in one place. • Apply faster with Easy Apply — FlatStrike fills in landlord application forms from your saved profile, so applying takes a tap instead of retyping everything. • Let Autopilot apply for you — On the Autopilot plan, FlatStrike can apply on its own, only to new listings that match the rules you approved. • Reuse your documents — Upload your WBS certificate once and use it across applications. • Track everything — See your saved listings and applications in the Tracker. HOW IT WORKS 1. Sign in and set your apartment search. 2. Browse and save the listings that match. 3. Tap Easy Apply to send an application built from your profile. 4. Get notified when new matching apartments appear — so you can apply first. PLANS • Start (free) — Review, save and track apartments, alerts for one search, and a few Easy Applies each day. • Plus — Apply faster with more Easy Applies, saved templates and multiple search profiles. €19.99/month or €29.99 every 3 months. • Autopilot — FlatStrike applies for you, only on listings that match your rules. €39.99/month or €59.99 every 3 months. Plus and Autopilot are auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Set your search, get notified, apply first. YOU STAY IN CONTROL With Easy Apply, FlatStrike only applies to the apartments you choose — you tap Easy Apply for each listing. Autopilot is optional and off until you set it up, review what it will send and turn it on for a search; you can pause it or turn it off at any time, and every application it sends is listed in the app. The details you save (such as income or WBS information) are used only to help complete your rental applications.
