Mensu: Period Tracker

Mensu is a calm, simple period tracker. Log your period, see your cycle on a calendar, and keep your data to yourself. No account. No cloud. No tracking. Mensu works fully offline. There is no sign-up, no server and no analytics. Your periods and settings are stored only on this device and are not included in device backups. Nothing is sent anywhere. LOG IN ONE TAP Tap a day and choose Period started. Mensu fills in the rest using your usual period length. Set the last day when it ends, or edit a period any time. YOUR CYCLE AT A GLANCE A cycle dial shows which day of your cycle you are on and about how many days until your next period. The calendar marks each day with its own shape, not just colour: • Logged period days • Expected period days • Estimated fertile window • Estimated ovulation day UNDERSTAND YOUR RHYTHM See every past cycle with its length and period length. Mensu uses the average of your recent cycles for its estimates, or you can set your own values. GENTLE, DISCREET REMINDERS Get an optional reminder a few days before your next period is expected. Reminders are scheduled on your phone. Discreet notifications keep the text generic, so they never mention periods or fertility. YOUR DATA, YOUR FILE Export everything as a CSV file you can open in a spreadsheet, and import it again on a new phone. Delete all data from the device whenever you like.
