Stack PT

Stack PT is practice management software made exclusively for cash-based physical therapy. This is the Stack PT mobile app, for practitioners and the patients they invite. Practitioners: see your patients and their charts, message patients and colleagues, and record exercise videos straight into your practice's library. Patients: do the exercise program your practitioner assigned, with video, on the schedule you choose, and message your practice. You need an invitation from a practice that uses Stack PT.
