TandemLoop

TandemLoop is the shared to-do app for people who work with AI agents: You plan and steer, your agent works alongside you—in the same projects and tasks. Organize your tasks in areas and projects, and use your own views to build exactly the overview you want to work with—GTD style, as a kanban board, or your own way. HOW IT WORKS TandemLoop gives you and your AI agents—for example, Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex—a shared foundation for your tasks. All data in TandemLoop—tasks, projects, views, and settings—is stored as Markdown text files in a folder in your iCloud Drive, not in a closed database. That’s why any AI agent can work with it, with no plug-in and no API. TandemLoop gives agents a manual that explains how the system is structured and what they’re allowed to do. No account, no server of our own, no data collection. Your data belongs to you. HOW YOU AND YOUR AGENT WORK WITH TANDEMLOOP You give your agent instructions, and the two of you work together in the same to-do app: • Ask it to complete its tasks. It works through them and attaches the result to each task. • Ask it to process your Inbox. It files the items into your projects and suggests priorities. • Ask it to review your projects, for example for your weekly review. • Ask it to add every open item from your session as tasks in your project. • Ask it to create new views, projects, or areas for you. • Anything only you can do—a sign-up, an approval, a decision—it adds as a task for you. • You decide how independently it works: do the task, prepare a draft first, or ask before acting. • For bigger jobs, you describe the goal, requirements, and acceptance criteria right on the task. • If you want more control at first, turn on proposals: The agent proposes changes, and you approve them. One subscription covers all your devices, including with Family Sharing. SUBSCRIPTION TandemLoop is available as a monthly or annual subscription, each with a one-month free trial. The subscription unlocks creating and editing: tasks, projects, areas, and views; due dates, reminders, and recurring tasks; handing off to AI agents; and capturing with Shortcuts, Siri, widgets, and the Share menu. Without an active subscription, all your data stays readable. Payment is charged to your Apple Account.
